What is the point of putting a new game out every year? If you were the owner of the company you'd have to be borderline mentally ill to keep updating the same game with rosters when you can make a lot more money by releasing a new game each year.
so basically you are paying 60 bucks for a game for 6-8 months of use, then they want you to buy the new one. But because nobody complains and just buys the new game, companies continue to put them out every year. It makes perfect sense from a business standpoint..it's the fact that you're on the consumer side of the deal that makes it seem like crap.
I would pay for DLC to update the game but to pay 60 bucks all over again is insane.
You can still get roster updates by getting them online from those who post their updated rosters with the rookies and most recent free agent moves.
